Objection to advertising emails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the legal notice obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of the website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent, for example via spam emails.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain information at any time in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR as to whether we process your personal data. If this is the case, this results in further information obligations on our part. You also have the right to have the data corrected in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to have the data deleted in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, and to restrict the processing of the data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, provided that there are no further legal requirements to the contrary.

Of course, you can revoke your consent to the processing of data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) or Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing until revocation. In addition, you have a right to data portability in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.

You also have the right to object to the processing of data in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, in particular when processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke any consent you have already given at any time. To do so, simply send us an informal email. The legality of the data processing carried out until revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of data protection law, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection issues is the state data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based. Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format.
